Despite its age, this well-engineered 5.1 channel receiver still holds its against more modern ones. The receiver is fully functional and sounds as good as the day we bought it in 2001. It boasts 100 Watts per channel and 0.06% Total Harmonic Distortion. It decodes Dolby Digital and DTS, with 3 optical digital inputs, 2 digital coax, and support for multiple analog components including phonograph inputs. And not only does this receiver sound fantastic, it is LOUD. The remote is included, though the volume button is not currently functional.
